Personal Growth and Development
As one of Arizona’s largest Great Clips franchisees, GCAZ offers Great Clips sponsored training with Great Clips University (GCU), the GCAZ mentoring and skills training program, and financial independence training.
- GCU is a comprehensive online training program that aids salon managers, stylists, and receptionists in the development of essential skills, which includes customer service, technical support, how to recognize trending haircuts, and professional leadership and management skills.
- GCAZ in-house training adds to the skills learned at GCU. All training that our stylists receive is free of cost. As an added bonus, we compensate our employees who attend any training.
- Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University learning is available for GCAZ employees. With Financial Peace University, employees learn the proven plan to pay off debt fast and save more money for their future. This 10-week Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University program is paid for by GCAZ, once a year.

GCAZ Fun Calendar
GCAZ employees are often treated to Fun Calendar days with food and other perks! This could be a special cookie delivery to Great Clips salons to celebrate National Chocolate Chip Day or National Stylist Appreciation Day when GCAZ gave everyone a new pair of shears.
Team Bonus
GCAZ conducts many contests and team challenges to encourage fun in the salons, help grow our business, enable our employees to challenge themselves, and support each other to win prizes and team bonus funds.
