Salon Manager

As a Salon Manager on the GCAZ Great Clips salon team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead with impact. This role emphasizes safety, leadership, problem-solving, and motivation. Moreover, you’ll inspire your team, boost productivity, and drive career growth through inclusive and effective leadership.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers support store success by partnering with the Salon Manager to oversee talent, operations, and brand excellence. In this role, you’ll lead by example and deliver the Great Clips spirit across your team. In addition, you’ll help develop team members through strong leadership and support.

Stylist

Put your passion and skills to work in a rewarding stylist position on the GCAZ Great Clips salon team. You’ll build genuine customer relationships, deliver high-quality haircuts, and contribute to a fun, team-first environment. Best of all, your skills will grow with ongoing training and support.

Intern

Are you a cosmetology or barber student looking to launch your career? The GCAZ Great Clips internship program gives you real-world salon experience, along with the advanced training needed to grow your skills.
